We counted together until 150 or so - those who did not attend, please try to do some German counting ("zählen") on your own!

Das Alphabet - buchstabieren (= to spell)

We also revised the German Alphabet. We furthermore used the "Buchstabiertafel on Seite 81 of our Kursbuch. With its help, we spelled our names to each other.

Formular

We filled a form at Seite 12 of the course book and interviewed our partners about their personal data with the help of the questions we learned (find an overview at Seite 13 - No. 5).

Exercises

As there will be no class on November, 1 (holiday = Feiertag), please use the time to have a thorough glance at Seiten 14 an 15 of the Kursbuch: There are the words, sentences and grammar you should have learned so far.

As a written exercise, please introduce your mother briefly, using the sentences we have studied. Example:

Meine Mutter heißt Walfriede. Sie kommt aus Wien. Sie wohnt in Guntramsdorf, in der Hauptstraße 12. Sie ist Österreicherin. Sie spricht Deutsch und ein wenig Englisch.
